BOLIVIA Las Alasitas Washed Mosto Caturra

Alasitas is one of the Rodriguez family's twelve coffee farms. The farm was planted in 2014. It is named after the Alasitas festival, which honors the Andean good of abundance and is celebrated in La Paz Pedro Pablo's birthday, Pedro Rodriguez's son. The name is fitting as the farm is one of the argest the Rodriguez's own and was created with the vision of becoming a model farm local coffee growers could learn from, thus helping them realise the vast potential of their land and crops. The Alastias farm is also home to a brand new cottage that hopes to welcome visitors from all over the world and offer an authentic experience of Bolivia's beautiful coffee growing region.
